A workshop entitled 'Work under Pressure"

In cooperation with the Quality and Development Unit, a workshop entitled "work under pressure" was held at the Department of Business Administration in the Female section, on Sunday 8/7/ 1439H.
Ms. Fatima Al-Fukhara, the presenter, gave a clear definition of the concept of pressure and its causes. The mechanism of dealing with pressure at work were highlighted followed by a set of rules that might help people to manage pressure.
