Final HR Activity

On Sunday, 3/3/1440 AH The students at the Department of Business Administration held the final HR activity concerned with employee performance appraisal, analysis of jobs and job description. The activity included a field study in the administrative departments within the college, where a questionnaire was distributed for job analysis, and the students were trained in drawing up job description cards.
