In cooperation with the Quality and Skills Development Deanship , the quality works and documents of Education College in Zulfi were reviewed as part of the Quality and Skills Development Deanship's responsibility to improve the performance of Colleges and programs. Dr. Muhammed Ahmed Jazar, consultant of the Deanship, reviewed the quality of the Education College in Zulfi by holding three workshops lasted for 3 weeks. These three workshops were coordinated with the Quality Center at the College which included reviewing the quality documents for all the College programs. The first week was dedicated to review the quality documents of the Mathematics and Chemistry Departments, the second week was devoted to review the quality documents of the Physics and English Language Departments, and the last week was devoted to review the quality documents of Arabic Language and Islamic Studies Departments. The three workshops examined the following: 1. A plan to enhance the College quality. 2. The second strategic plan for the Education College in Zulfi. 3. Plans to improve the quality of programs. 4. Revising the annual reports of programs. The reviewing activity has exempted the need for an external reviewer and helped in obtaining the required criteria of having independent reviewer. Moreover, the reviewing process helped in auditing and verifying the improvement plans and in clarifying the differences among the initiatives, controls, indicators and activities, which mixing them up would affect the structure of improvement plans. Finally, the College representatives paid tribute to the Quality and Skills Development Deanship for its positive and effective role in developing the skills and performance of College personnel and in operating the partnership with all the Colleges of Majma'ah University to fulfill the University's objectives..
