Quality Assurance Team Visits the College of Education in Zulfi (the Additional Building)

Quality Assurance team visited the College of Education in Zulfi (the Additional Building) The Quality assurance team of the Faculty of Education in Majma'ah visited the Department of Arabic Language at the Faculty of Education in Zulfi (female section) on Thursday 04/07/1436 at 9:00 am. The team was received by the Department Coordinator, Dr. Abir Abdul Sadiq Mohammed Badawi; the Quality Assurance Coordinator, Dr. Nawal Ahmed Desouqi as well as the Department faculty staff. The team went on a tour around the college which included a visit to the classrooms, and a meeting with the students, as well as the graduates and the faculty members. After that, the team started checking the files; the team expressed admiration for the number of files, their format, arrangement and classification. Next, the team began reviewing the files of the National Commission for Assessment and Accreditation’s Standards, as well as the application forms of the academic accreditation. In addition, the team viewed the department library, the questions bank files section, the program statistical data files section, the academic research files section, the students achievements files section, the courses files section, the coordinator file section and the controls cabinet, the Arabic Language department’s faculty member’s initiatives files, the Arabic Language department’s staff member’s initiatives files and the Arabic Language department’s student’s initiatives files. Moreover, the team inspected all the department’s committees: "Academic Research, Academic Counseling, Graduates, Field Education, Assessment and Evaluation, Excellence in Teaching and Learning, Discipline, Guidance and Counseling, Community Partnership, Student Support, University Book, Scholarships, Student Activities, E-Learning, Proofreading, Course Schedules, the Study Plan and the Portal. Finally, they went on a tour to have a look on the program guidance signs in the department.
