Education College in Zulfi Presents a Workshop on Using iPad in Teaching In Cooperation with the Electronic Learning Unit, the Chemistry Department held a training course on Using iPad in Teaching on Tuesday, 2061437 AH at the electronic-learning lab. The Course was prepared and presented by: Dr. Nawal Mahjoob, and covered the following objectives: 1\ Introducing the features of using iPad in the learning process and teaching including that : Ø It is more portable than laptops since it weighs about 600 g. Ø It is easier to install applications and programs using Apple Store. Ø Its screen has the easy one-touch technique. Ø It has a long battery life reaching 10 hours of continuous usage. Ø Its operating system (IOS) is safe with viruses and hacks. Ø It has a built-in camera which is useful in scanning the documents. 2 Introducing some applications that can be used in the teaching method.
