A Course was Held Entitled “Preparation And Follow-Up Plans To Improve The Quality Of Programs”
Under the care of the Deanship of Faculty of Education in Zulfi, the Unit of Training at the Quality Center has established a workshop entitled: “preparation and follow-up plans to improve the quality of programs”. The workshop was delivered by Dr. Mohammed Ahmed Jazar via the Internet from the University of Majmaah on Tuesday 05/01/1437 H, at 9.30 A.M, in the presence of Supervisors of Quality Units at the Faculty as well as Coordinators of Quality of academic programs. The session focused on a range of topics including: the steps of preparation and implementation of the improvement plan, improvement plan components, defining some the quality terms (target -initiative- activity - evidence - Performance Index), priorities of the improvement plan, sources of setting the improvement plan, areas of quality improvement, identifying the party that will undertake the improvement plan, Identification of the financial resources (funding) and Follow-up of the plan progress.
