CHEMISTRY DEPARTMENT PARTICIPATES IN THE 6TH INTERNATIONAL CHEMISTRY CONFERENCE
The Chemistry Department at Zulfi College of Education participated in the 6th International Chemistry Conference; which was held from 8-10/2/1438 AH, at King Saud University in Riyadh. Both Dr. Jehan Al-Omiri and Dr. Manal Mohammad Salem presented a paper titled “Determination of Antioxidant Activity and HPLC phenolic profile of Punica Grantum Fruit Peel Extraction”. Additionally, Dr. Nwal Mahjoub and Dr. Mai Makki Mahmoud presented a paper titled “Preparation of some models and polyschiff-bases of dibenzo-18-crown-6 and, polyamides of diaza-18-crown-6 and studying their liquid crystalline properties”, and a poster titled: EFFECT OF GUM ARABC AS FOOD ADDITVES AND IT, S NATURAL POSSITIVE MEDICINAL EFFECTS AGAINST GOUT DISEASES AND ITS ANTI -OBESE EFFECT
