Arabic Department Holds A Seminar on Heritage's Treasures
Arabic Department held a seminar about the Treasure Heritage on Monday 28-4-1437 AH at Education College in Zulfi. The Unit of Scientific Research organized a seminar entitled (Heritage's Treasures- the book of Al Eqed Al Faried by Ibn Abd Rabu) offered by Dr. Nawal Al Dosouqy and targets the faculty of Arabic Department. The seminar introduced the author and the content of the book. It discussed one of the treasured books of Andalsi Literature entitled Al Eqd Al Faried. The author falls into 25 characters. The seminar addressed the controversy of naming the book, the reasons behind that name (which means the unique nickels) and some opinions about it. In the conclusion, Dr.Al Dosouqy mentioned the importance of this book in the past and currently.
