The Scientific Council is the driving force behind the university. It has a group of outstanding members who represent their colleges and apply the highest standards of the regulations and systems of the Scientific Council, taking into account the transparency and equality among all. The role of the Scientific Council is not limited to implementing the regulations only, but rather seeks to review and develop them to reach the best practices that contribute to achieving the university's vision.
The Scientific Council strives to provide all services related to faculty members including appointment, promotion and sabbatical leave. The Council adheres to the principle of quality to contribute to achieving the university's goals of leadership and excellence.
